NorthStar is now seeking a Full Time a double board-certified Anesthesiologist and Acute Pain Management Fellowship trained physician to join our esteemed anesthesia team at Inova Fairfax hospital, located in beautiful Falls Church, Virginia. This is a hybrid role which will require one to do 50% pain management and 50% general anesthesia and take general anesthesia call. Our anesthesia group consists of more than 60 board-certified and board-eligible anesthesiologists and 90 CRNAs, many specializing in pediatric, neurosurgical and cardiac anesthesia. Our campus offers a diverse caseload, including General, GI, Pediatrics, Gyn, Ortho, Major Vascular, Thoracic, Ophthalmology, Transplants (heart, lung, kidney and pancreas), Cardiac, Neuro, OB, and Trauma, ensuring you a rich professional experience.
Base salary: $485k - $520k+ performance bonus + additional compensation incentives
Fully paid malpractice and tail insurance
CEU allowance
PTO: 8+ weeks
